The RSC (Runflat System Component) tyres mean that in the event of a loss of tyre pressure, you can keep driving without changing the wheel. A special rim design ensures the tyres stay attached, even if they depressurize suddenly. The reinforced sidewalls allow the car to continue for up to 150 miles (depending on the vehicle load) at speeds of up to 50 mph with zero tyre pressure.
